How long does order processing take?
Order processing and shipping normally take 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If you place your order before 1 PM Eastern Time, most orders will be processed and shipped out the same day.
Your order may be split into multiple packages, which may arrive separately within the estimated delivery window.
Please note: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take 4–6 weeks to arrive.
How long will shipping take?
After your order is processed and dispatched, delivery will take an estimated 2–9 business days.
We offer standard ground shipping via USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics. Expedited shipping services are not available at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $75 or more qualify for free standard flat-rate shipping.
All other orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $5.
Important: Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from both free shipping and the $5 flat shipping rate.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after checkout, please contact customer service immediately.
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. No cancellations or order modifications will be accepted after the 1-hour window.
